There was a definite silver theme to the awards this week! Our two recipients were Robert and Josh who were both presented with their Silver Leaf at our Sharing Assembly. Well done boys, keep collecting those special points. Congratulations go to the following children for earning enough special points to receive a Leaf Award this week.

Class Caterpillar had great fun this afternoon in the woods. Today it was all about those important listening skills and working together. This term has seen a busy breakfast club. All children interact brilliantly with each other; they look after one another, help each other and play together inventively. Below is a video taken today of a relay game instigated by the children.

Another exciting week, which began with making ice-cream without a fridge! We were very lucky to receive a visit from a chemist from NAPP laboratories, who showed us how to investigate a change in materials from liquid to solid by making ice-cream. The children were delighted especially since those who had allergies were also able to join in the fun, by making fruit juice sorbets. Poppy said I really enjoyed making the ice cream because it was exciting and fun! .
